Some requests are bigger than a quick website update — and that's absolutely fine.
Website Care does not include:
- new pages
- significant redesigns
- new website functionality
- ecommerce development
- bespoke development
- major technical changes
- extensive copywriting
- extensive graphic design
- SEO campaigns
- platform or hosting subscriptions
- domain costs
- paid apps or third-party services
- work outside the existing website structure
If something falls outside Website Care, we'll tell you before carrying out any additional chargeable work. No surprises. No mystery invoices.
Website Care + your website plan
Your £49/month Website Care subscription is for BRIGHT / forma's update service.
It does not replace your website platform, hosting or domain subscription. Depending on how your website has been built, you may still have separate costs payable directly to providers such as Wix, Wix Studio, Lovable, Base44 or your domain provider.

Website Care is primarily designed for websites created by BRIGHT / forma. Because we already know the structure and technology behind your website, we can keep the service streamlined and affordable.

Common questions.
How much is Website Care?
Website Care is £49 per month.
What is included?
You receive up to 30 minutes of minor website updates per billing month. This can include changes such as text, supplied images, opening hours, prices, contact information, existing links and other small content amendments.
Does unused time roll over?
No. Your monthly allowance resets each billing month and unused time does not accumulate. This helps us keep Website Care simple and affordable.
What happens if my change takes longer than 30 minutes?
If we believe your request will fall outside the included allowance or scope, we'll tell you before carrying out additional chargeable work. You won't suddenly receive an unexpected bill.
Can I use Website Care for a new page?
New pages are outside the standard Website Care service and can be quoted separately.
Does Website Care include SEO?
No. Basic on-page SEO is included with our £495 Website Package, and additional specialist SEO services are available separately.
Does the £49 include my Wix or website platform plan?
No. Your website platform, hosting, domain and any relevant third-party subscriptions remain separate. Website Care covers BRIGHT / forma's time making the included minor updates.
How quickly will changes be made?
Website Care requests are completed within a reasonable timeframe depending on the nature of the change and our current workload. Website Care is not an emergency or guaranteed same-day support service.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Website Care is a monthly subscription and can be cancelled before your next renewal date. Your service will continue until the end of the current paid billing period.
