Which Website Care option should I choose?

Choose the £125 one-off update for occasional amendments. Choose Monthly Website Care if you want BRIGHT / forma on hand for routine updates without a separate invoice each time.
What updates are included?

Both options cover straightforward changes to existing website content, including text, supplied images, contact details, team information, opening hours, documents, menus and downloads.
What is not included?

Larger additions, new pages, new functionality, redesign work and substantial development are quoted separately. We will always tell you before carrying out chargeable work outside the agreed scope.
Is Monthly Website Care charged by the hour?

No. You pay a fixed monthly price for our experience, expertise and routine update service rather than buying a bank of minutes.
How long is the monthly commitment?

Monthly Website Care has a minimum six-month commitment. After that, it continues monthly until cancelled before the next renewal date.
Can you update a website you did not build?

Usually, but please ask us first. We will check that your website and platform are suitable before beginning work.
