Cancellation Policy

Social Media Cancellation Policy

Our BRIGHT / forma Social Media service is designed to be simple — including when you decide to leave.

£99/month rolling subscription

The Social Media service is a recurring monthly subscription charged in advance.

There is no fixed long-term commitment unless we have specifically agreed otherwise with you in writing.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your Social Media subscription at any time before your next renewal payment is taken.

Once cancelled:

• no further monthly payments will be taken
• your service will continue until the end of your current paid billing period
• the subscription will then end automatically

Payments already taken

Monthly subscription payments are made in advance.

Payments already taken are not normally refundable or credited on a pro-rata basis simply because you decide not to use the remainder of that billing period.

You will continue to receive the service covered by your payment until the end of that paid period.

Work already scheduled

Where content has already been created, approved or scheduled within your current paid billing period, we may continue to publish that content until your subscription ends unless you ask us not to.

Stopping scheduled content early does not create an automatic entitlement to a refund.

Client delays

If we are unable to create or publish content because we are waiting for information, photographs, account access, approval or other material from you, the monthly subscription remains payable.

Unused posts or unused service time do not automatically roll over into a future month.

How to cancel

You can cancel through the subscription-management facility provided with your account where available.

Alternatively, email: hello@colloco.marketing

Please include your:

• name
• business name
• email address associated with the subscription

We recommend cancelling before your next renewal date to avoid another monthly payment being processed.

Failed payments

If a recurring payment fails, we may temporarily pause content creation, scheduling or publishing until payment has been resolved.

Our right to end the service

BRIGHT / forma may also suspend or terminate the Social Media service where, for example:

• payment remains overdue
• you materially breach the Social Media Terms
• we repeatedly cannot obtain the information or access required to provide the service
• we are asked to publish unlawful, misleading or infringing material
• continuing the relationship is no longer reasonably workable

Where we end the service for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will act reasonably in determining whether any refund is due for services paid for but not provided.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy removes any rights which cannot legally be excluded.

This Cancellation Policy should be read alongside the BRIGHT / forma Social Media Terms.

Website Care Cancellation Policy

One-Off Website Update — £125

We review your requested changes and confirm they are covered before work begins.

If you cancel before substantive work begins, any refund may be reduced by unavoidable payment-processing or third-party costs already incurred.

Once substantive work has begun, the payment is not normally refundable except where required by law or where BRIGHT / forma cannot provide a material part of the agreed service.

Monthly Website Care — £75/month

Monthly Website Care is charged monthly in advance and has a minimum six-month commitment.

Self-service cancellation is unavailable during the minimum term. If exceptional circumstances mean you need to discuss ending the service early, email hello@colloco.marketing.

After the six-month minimum, you can cancel before your next renewal through the billing facility or by email. The service continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

Payments already taken are not normally refundable simply because no update was requested during a paid month.

Website Cancellation & Approval Policy

The BRIGHT / forma Website Package is a £850 one-off service, provided primarily to business customers and paid in full at the time of purchase.

Cancellation and refunds

Once BRIGHT / forma has begun substantive work on your website, the £850 payment is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or where BRIGHT / forma is unable to provide a material part of the agreed service for reasons within our control.

Substantive work includes, but is not limited to:

• reviewing your brief or supplied materials
• research and planning
• website structure
• copy development
• creative or brand direction
• design
• website build
• technical configuration

A change of mind, change in business circumstances, decision not to proceed, delay in supplying information or failure to provide feedback does not create a right to a refund.

If you wish to cancel before substantive work has begun, please contact us immediately. Any refund agreed before work begins may be reduced by unavoidable third-party or payment-processing costs already incurred.

Nothing in this policy affects any rights which cannot legally be excluded.

Design approval

Once we present your initial website design or design direction, you must respond within 3 working days.

You must either:

• approve the design, or
• provide one consolidated list of amendments.

The standard £850 Website Package includes one consolidated revision round.

Feedback should be supplied together rather than through multiple separate messages or ongoing individual changes.

What design approval means

By approving the design, you confirm that you are satisfied with its overall:

• design direction
• layout
• styling
• colours
• typography
• structure
• imagery
• content presented for approval

We will then continue the project on the basis of that approval.

Requests to substantially change an approved design, reverse previously approved decisions or introduce a new creative direction may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.

Feedback deadlines

BRIGHT / forma operates a streamlined production schedule.

Where we request information, feedback or approval, you should respond within 3 working days unless we agree otherwise.

If we do not receive a response within 3 working days:

• your project may be removed from the active production schedule
• any original turnaround target will no longer apply
• work will resume subject to our next available production slot

Silence does not constitute design approval.

Inactive projects

If we receive no meaningful response for 10 working days, we may archive the project.

The original £850 payment remains non-refundable.

Reactivation will be subject to our current availability and the original project scope still being applicable.

Where additional work is required because of the delay, including reopening, reviewing or reconfiguring the project, we may charge a reasonable additional or reactivation fee.

If a project remains inactive for 30 days, BRIGHT / forma may treat the original project as closed.

If you later wish to restart the project, a new quotation or additional project fee may be required.

Final approval and launch

Before your website is launched, we will ask you to provide written final approval.

Approval may be given by email, through an approval form or through another method provided by BRIGHT / forma.

By approving the website for launch, you confirm that you have had a reasonable opportunity to review it and are satisfied for it to go live.

You are responsible for checking the accuracy of client-supplied or business-specific information, including:

• names
• prices
• contact details
• opening hours
• services
• factual claims
• legal or regulatory wording
• supplied images and materials

If you identify an error made by BRIGHT / forma, we will correct it.

Changes after approval

The £850 Website Package includes one consolidated revision round.

Additional revisions, substantial design changes, new pages, new functionality or work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Once final approval has been given and the website has launched, the original website project is considered complete.

Future changes can be purchased as a £125 One-Off Website Update or through Monthly Website Care at £75/month.

Client delays

Our target turnaround begins once we have received everything reasonably required to begin the project.

Delays caused by missing information, content, images, account access, feedback or approval will extend the delivery timetable.

Such delays do not create a right to a refund.

Third-party services

The £850 Website Package does not include ongoing third-party costs unless expressly stated otherwise.

These may include website platform subscriptions, hosting, domains, paid applications, premium integrations or other software.

Where you purchase a third-party product or subscription, that provider’s own cancellation and refund terms will apply.

Business purchases

BRIGHT / forma services are primarily intended for businesses.

Where appropriate, customers may be asked to confirm that they are purchasing the service for purposes relating to their business, trade or profession.

This policy should be read alongside the BRIGHT / forma Website Terms.
