2. These terms and our service terms

These general terms cover use of this website. Each service also has its own detailed terms, which take precedence for that service:

3. Our services and prices

Our standard prices are: website £495 one-off; Website Care £49 per month; social media support £99 per month. A quarterly photography and content session is available separately at £350. Specialist SEO is quoted for each business individually.

Website Care and social media support renew monthly until cancelled. Work outside the described scope is discussed, quoted and agreed with you before it begins.

Prices are stated in pounds sterling. Any applicable VAT or tax will be shown before payment where it applies.

4. Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes connected with finding out about and buying our services.

The content of this website, including text, design, images and our branding, belongs to Colloco Marketing Ltd or is used with permission. Portfolio screenshots show websites created by our team for the businesses named, and those brands remain the property of their owners.

Information on this website is provided in good faith and for general guidance. Turnaround times, such as our seven working day target, are targets rather than guarantees.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide the information, content, access and approvals we need to deliver the service, and you confirm you have the right to use any materials you supply to us.

Please never send passwords or other credentials through this website's forms or by plain email. We will tell you how to share access securely.

6. Payment

Payments are taken through a secure third-party payment provider. Card details are not stored by BRIGHT / forma and are not stored on this website.

Website projects are normally paid in full before work begins. Monthly services are charged in advance for each billing period.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Monthly services can be cancelled at any time before the next renewal date and continue to the end of the period already paid for. Website projects are chargeable according to the stage of work reached.

8. Intellectual property in the work

Once all applicable fees have been paid, you may use the final approved deliverables created specifically for your business.

We keep ownership of our own pre-existing and reusable processes, systems, templates and frameworks, and of any third-party material that remains subject to its own licence.

9. Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We do not guarantee particular commercial outcomes such as search rankings, traffic, enquiries, followers or sales.

We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data or indirect or consequential loss. Where we are liable, our total liability for a service is limited to the fees you have paid us for that service in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
